The BLISS Car Wash Development Team consists of experienced developers, contractors, architects & engineers, and other professional consultants. We will work hand-in-hand with your team to provide a project the City will be proud to support. BLISS Car Wash uses state-of-the-art equipment and high-tech solutions to save water usage and reduce power consumption.

Good for Your Center

  • BLISS Car Wash can wash north of approximately 150,000 cars per site. This will increase the trip counts to your property and attract new customers to your other tenants.
  • BLISS Car Wash has membership programs similar to a gym which keeps customers loyal and motivates repeat usage.
  • BLISS Car Wash will enter into a long-term ground lease or a purchase contract and pay Top Dollar for corner sites with signalization.
  • BLISS Car Wash will pay all cash for an acquisition at closing or enter into a long-term ground lease for a minimum of 35 years including options.
  • BLISS Car Wash will start paying rent or close escrow once the City approves the car wash use.
  • BLISS Car Wash will not require a subordinated ground lease.

Building BLISS

The BLISS team has invested thousands of dollars conducting market research to design and develop a strong brand. With consistent brand imaging and a solid web and social media presence, the BLISS brand will become a household name in Southern California.

With the first 25 locations currently in development and 10 opening in 2019, BLISS Car Wash seeks to expand from Santa Barbara to San Diego inland and along the coast.

Once a site is identified and the terms are complete, BLISS Car Wash can develop and open a location in 12 to 18 months.

Site Characteristics

BLISS requires 30,000 to 40,000 square feet of land and is looking for sites with at least 35,000 ADT. Depending on the BLISS Car Wash model we are capable of taking on sites of various dimensions.

Street and Neighborhood

Preferable sites are corner lots that attract high volumes of traffic, including vehicles and pedestrians.
